TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tour-Axis Pakistan is a domestic tour operator offering unique experiences for travellers throughout the country. Tour-Axis’s services are offered subject to these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”).

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through Tour-Axis’s website. Payments can be made through accepted debit/credit cards or PayPal.
  • Tour-Axis reserves the right to hold the reservation until payment is received in full.
  • All payments must be made at least 30 days before the date of the tour, unless otherwise stated.
  • In the event that full payment is not received in a timely manner, Tour-Axis reserves the right to cancel the booking, with no refund to the customer.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the tour.
  • If a customer cancels within 72 hours of the tour date, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the tour is cancelled due to force majeure or if the tour operator cannot provide the services promised.

    • All customers must comply with local laws and regulations at all times while on the tour.
    • Tour-Axis reserves the right to refuse a customer participation in the tour if their behavior is deemed to be inappropriate or unsafe.

    Liability & Disclaimer

    • Tour-Axis is not liable for any damages, injury, or death caused by the negligence or actions of the customer or a third party.
    • Tour-Axis does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided on the website or during the tour.

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
